Private Yoga Instruction

Why take a private class?
If you practice yoga, you might feel that you're not getting the most out of group yoga classes at your yoga studio. Maybe you feel that you're not getting the individual attention you need from your yoga instructor, or that you're not able to progress as you'd like to in your yoga practice.
Benefits of private yoga instruction
Private yoga classes allow you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you - on your schedule and at your own pace. Hands on alignment adjustments help to create a stable foundation for a safe practice, and allow the body to open in new ways.
Get the most out of your group classes
Unfortunately, most yoga instructors do not have the opportunity to provide adjustments to everyone in the class. With private yoga lessons, you are learning alignment techniques in the basic poses will help you get the most of your group classes. Strong alignment understanding can keep us safe from injury, open the energy channels to receive prana, and create the strong roots from which our poses can flourish and grow.
What to expect from private yoga instruction
In your private yoga lesson, you will experience a more specific and tailored experience. Your specific body and health needs can be addressed to make a yoga session specific to you. This can include hands on adjustments to help you better understand your body’s alignment, as well as provide additional support in more difficult poses.
